General Terms and Conditions of Sale – SANGO

1. Prices

  • All our prices are indicated inclusive of tax and in euros.

  • Delivery charges are displayed at the time of order and added to the total amount.

2. Payment

  • Bank cards (Visa, MasterCard, etc.)

  • PayPal

  • Other methods available on Shopify

  • Payment is secured using the HTTPS/SSL protocol.

3. Delivery

  • Products are shipped to the address indicated during the order.

  • Delivery times are specified for each product.

  • Delivery charges are calculated according to weight, carrier, and destination country.

4. Coral Contribution

  • For each t-shirt purchased, €5 is directly donated to the Livingseas foundation for coral planting.

  • A coral certificate is provided in the buyer's name.

  • This contribution is non-refundable, as the donation is made immediately after the order.

5. Returns and Refunds

  • T-shirts can be returned and refunded within 14 days of receipt, provided they are in their original condition (unworn, unwashed, with tags).

  • The €5 coral contribution is non-refundable.

  • To make a return:

    1. Contact our customer service at contact@sango.com to obtain return authorization.

    2. Return the product in its original packaging.

    3. The t-shirt will be refunded via the payment method used, excluding the coral contribution.

6. Legal Guarantees

  • All our products benefit from legal guarantees of conformity and against hidden defects according to French law.

  • In case of a defect, contact our customer service to resolve the issue.

7. Right of Withdrawal

  • You have a period of 14 days to exercise your right of withdrawal on the t-shirt only.

  • The coral contribution is not included in this right, as it is a donation to the foundation.

8. Personal Data Protection

  • Your data is used to process your orders and improve your experience.

  • You have the right to access, modify, and delete your data.

  • The use of cookies is subject to your consent in accordance with the GDPR.
