How to return an item

Follow these simple steps to return a product:

1. Contact us
   Send an email to [your email] or fill out our contact form to inform us of the return. Mention your order number and the product to be returned.

2. Receive return authorization
   We will send you a return number and the address to send the product back to.

3. Prepare the package
   Pack the product in its original packaging with all labels and accessories. Make sure the product has not been used.

4. Send the package
   Drop it off at your carrier. The return costs are at your expense, unless the product is defective or if we made a mistake.

5. Refund or exchange
   Once the product is received and inspected, we will proceed with the refund via your original payment method or the exchange according to your request.

Important: For each product purchased, $5 has been donated to LivingSeas for coral planting, or $30 for Coral Stars. These donations are non-refundable.
