Return Policy

At SANGO, we want you to wear your piece with as much conviction as the gesture it represents. If that's not quite the case, we make returns easy.

We offer a 30-day return policy: you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition you received it — unworn, unwashed, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

How to make a return

1. Contact us — Send an email to contact@sango-ocean.com with your order number and the product concerned. We'll send you the return address by email once you've reached out.
2. Get your return authorization — We'll send you a shipping label along with instructions on how to send your package.
3. Prepare the package — Pack the item in its original packaging, unworn, with its tags.
4. Send the package — Items sent back without a prior request will not be accepted.
5. Refund — Once the item is received and inspected, you'll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days (your bank's posting time may vary). If more than 15 business days pass without news, contact us.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives and contact us right away if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item — we'll take care of it quickly.

Exceptions and non-returnable items

Sale items and gift cards are not eligible for return. Coral planting certificates are personalized for each order, so they cannot be returned or refunded separately from the item they're attached to.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get the right size: return your item, and once the return is accepted, place a new, separate order for the item you want — the coral planted thanks to your first purchase stays yours, your gesture for the ocean doesn't get undone.

14-day EU right of withdrawal

If your merchandise is shipped within the EU, you also have the legal right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, with no justification needed. Same conditions as above.
